Indian Constitution — Why It Matters

The Indian Constitution is one of the highest-weightage topics in BPSC TRE-4 — 5–8 questions appear in every cycle, and it is examined in Part II, the General Studies section of the single paper.

Key areas tested:

Basic facts — articles, parts, schedules
Fundamental Rights & Duties
Directive Principles of State Policy (DPSP)
Constitutional bodies — President, PM, Parliament
Amendments — key changes
Emergency provisions

Tip: Learn article numbers for the most important rights and provisions — BPSC directly asks 'which article provides for X?' in almost every paper.
