Max (₹299) additionally includes all mock tests with rank/percentile, the full PYQ bank, 20 library scans/day, and no ads. Free accounts get one chapter per subject, 3 practice MCQs/day, 2 library scans/day, and one full mock test at no cost.
Max's scan access (not its mock test, PYQ, or content access) is tied to the exam window, since scanning has a real, ongoing cost to provide. Scan access is included free through the official exam date plus 3 months. Your mock test, PYQ, and chapter access under Max are never time-limited and are unaffected by anything in this section.
Government exam dates are not guaranteed and can be postponed. If the official BPSC TRE-4 date changes, your Max scan-access window automatically extends to the new date — you don't need to do anything, and you won't lose access because of a delay outside anyone's control. If a postponement pushes the exam more than 3 months past the date that applied when you purchased, continuing scan access beyond that 3-month mark requires a small extension fee (illustratively, around ₹50 for each additional month) to keep covering the cost of providing it. We will always notify affected users before any extension fee is required, and your mock tests, PYQ, and chapter content remain fully accessible regardless.
If you haven't unlocked more than 10 chapters, write to us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund — no questions asked. Refund requests after that window, or after substantial use of the content, are reviewed case by case.
We work to keep all questions, answers, and explanations accurate, including independent verification of AI-assisted content before publishing. If you spot an error, please report it — we treat content accuracy issues as a priority, not routine bugs.
Daily limits (practice MCQs, library scans) are tied to your individual account and are not transferable or poolable across accounts. We reserve the right to suspend accounts found to be sharing logins or automating requests to bypass these limits.
We may update these terms as the product evolves — for example, when new exams launch with their own pricing and policies. Material changes affecting existing paid access will be communicated by email before taking effect.
